If you are having issues signing into Reporter with your Brickyard account, you may need to reset your password.
Resetting your Brickyard password
If you have forgotten the password to your Brickyard account or it isn't working, you can reset your password.
- Go to the Brickyard Password Reset Request page.
- Enter the email address associated with your Brickyard account.
- Note: If you get a message saying that your email could not be found in the NCSU Brickyard Account system, then you should confirm that you are spelling it correctly and that it is the email associated with your Brickyard account. If you continue getting the error message, then you may need to create a Brickyard account.
- Select Submit.
- Open the Brickyard Account - Password Reset email sent to the email address used for your Brickyard account.
- It should be sent from brickyard@ncsu.edu within 60 minutes.
- If the email does not appear in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder and/or do a general/all mail search for brickyard@ncsu.edu.
- Follow the Change Password link in the email. Note: The request will expire in 24 hours. If you do not change your password during that time, you will need to request another password reset.
- Complete the Brickyard Account Password Reset form.
- Select Change Password.
- Note: The Change Password button will be gray-ed out until all of the password requirements are met.
- You should receive a confirmation message after successfully changing your password. To log in, you can either follow the Click here link in Click here to log into REPORTER for course, workshop and youth camp/activity registration, or you can go directly to reporter.ncsu.edu and use the Brickyard login.
