This article intends to explain how to use the Cisco Unity Greetings Administrator to manage Call Handler Greetings.

 Note: It is expected the end-user will complete the following steps.

  1. From any IP Phone and a Greetings Administrator Role assigned voicemail account:
    1. Dial 26245 from any IP Phone.
    2. If you get into a voicemail account, press # to get to the root menu.
  2. Press 9 to access the Greetings Administrator.
  3. At the prompt, enter your ID (ID = 5 digit extension).
  4. At the prompt, enter your PIN.
  5. At the prompt, enter the extension of the call handler and press #.
  6. Follow the Cisco Unity Greetings Administrator conversation to toggle between the alternate and standard call handler greetings or record the handler greeting.
    1. To toggle between standard and alternate greetings, press 1.
    2. To change the standard greeting, press 2.
    3. To change the alternate greeting, press 6.

Note: You can also use the Cisco Unity Greetings Administrator to record or listen to additional greetings.

Note: Once the recordings are complete, please review all recordings for accuracy.
