This article explains the procedure to view your Department's Active Services in Customer Center. You can also download the list of active services to complete an audit of your department's services. See the Business Communications Services Audit article.

  1. On the Home page of Customer Center, under the Managing Your Department's Services, you can view your Department’s Services.

     

    Note: All of your department(s) active services are listed here. You can search the list by the Service type, a phone number, or a Unity ID, or scroll through each page to view the list.

  2. Search for specific Services assigned to your department by scrolling through the pages or using the Search field and magnifying glass icon.
  3. Export your list of Equipment and Services by clicking the Export to CSV button and choosing All Data.

Note: The CSV file will either open immediately in Excel or will download depending on your browser.
