WolfPrint Mobility Print Instructions
This document explains how to use Mobility Print with the WolfPrint printers and includes links for setup instructions for specific operating systems. The intended audience is an end user.

Information
Mobility Print allows you to print directly from your device to the following WolfPrint printers.
- WolfPrint-BlackAndWhite (Letter size)
- WolfPrint-Color (Letter size)
- WolfPrint-BlackAndWhite-11x17 (Tabloid/Ledger size)
- WolfPrint-Color-11x17 (Tabloid/Ledger size)
To add WolfPrint printers during the initial setup, your device must be on the NC State network.
On-campus users connect to the NC State wireless network using Eduroam or NCSU WiFi. Off-campus users connect using NC State's VPN Service.
Supported Operating Systems
Choose your specific operating system for instructions.
After your OS has been set up with the Mobility Print printers, you will print as you would to any other printer from your device.
Submit, Confirm, and Release
Follow these additional steps to print, confirm, and release your Mobility Print job.
1. Submit your file(s) to Print
- Choose the desired WolfPrint FollowMe printer
- When prompted to log in, use your Unity ID and password
2. Confirm Your Print Job
Complete this step within 10 minutes, or your print job will be automatically removed from the system.
- Go to the PaperCut Web Client
- Enter your username (Unity ID) and password
- Press the Login button
- After a few seconds, you should get a Print Job Notification
- Select an account to be charged (personal or shared)
- To confirm the job, click on the Print button
- A pop-up message will appear when complete, stating your file is ready to be released on a FollowMe printer.
3. Release and Print Your Job
Complete this step within 12 hours, or your print job will be automatically removed from the system.
- Go to a WolfPring printer that supports the queue the print job was sent to (black and white or color)
- It should have a sticker on the front with the print queue name (WolfPrint-BlackAndWhite, WolfPrint-Color, etc.)
- It should also have a white label that includes the physical printer name and a QR code for touch-free print release
4. Choose your print release method.
- Traditional print release, log using the card reader on the device
- Manually enter your Unity ID and password on the printer’s screen
- Scan the QR code for Touch-Free Print Release
- The QR code will lead you to PaperCut's "Web Client" (for logging in to release your print jobs)
5. Follow the printer’s instructions on the control panel screen.
- Select Print Release
- Choose the print job(s) to release and print
- Log out of the printer’s home screen when complete
