Support staff frequently need the "Computer Name" to be able to provide specific types of support. 

 Step 1

If you are logged in using your Unity ID on your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Preferences.


Step 2

Then click Sharing


 

Step 3

The Computer Name for your Mac appears at the top of Sharing preferences.
