Activating your Foxit License
There are two main methods of reaching the activation page for your Foxit account:
METHOD 1: Trial Prompt
When opening an instance of Foxit that hasn't been activated, you may be prompted with a "Free Trial". Please press the "Activate" button on this menu.
METHOD 2: "Activate" Key
If you are inside the Foxit application, you can activate your license by selecting the Help menu, and then the Key labelled "Activate".
Foxit Activation
Step 1: You will reach a page titled "Foxit PDF Editor Activation" - please click the "Sign in" button.
Step 2: Sign in using your University Email and your Foxit Password - do not use the "Sign in with Google" option. YOUR FOXIT PASSWORD IS NOT YOUR UnityID PASSWORD! If you've forgotten the password you've used for Foxit, or are a new Foxit user, please select the "Forgot Password?" prompt to receive an email to reset your password.
Step 3: After a successful sign in, you will receive a pop-up that your license key has been activated.
Staying Signed In
If you get signed out of Foxit, it may behave as if you don't have an active license. You can sign back in my selecting the Profile icon in the top-right of the Foxit application.
