I Am Still Receiving Reminder Emails About 2FA Enrollment

In most situations, there is a timing issue between when a user enrolls in 2FA at NC State and when the reminder email list gets generated.  If you are being prompted for Google 2-Step when logging into your NC State Google account and see the Duo prompt when signing into Shibboleth authenticated services like the MyPack Portal you can ignore the email and should not receive further reminders.

Verify Your 2FA Enrollment Directly

If you find you are not enrolled in one or both services you will want to complete your enrollment to ensure you meet the requirements before the deadline stated in the email.  If you have further questions or still need Help with 2FA or with your enrollment please call the Help Desk Monday - Friday at 919-515-4357.
