WolfPrint FollowMe Printing enables you to send a print job to a virtual printer that will hold it for up to 12 hours and choose a convenient printer location to retrieve your job. Each real printer that is part of the FollowMe printing service should have a "WolfPrint FollowMe" label on it with the supported virtual queue and the name of the physical printer.

Example: Virtual Printer: WolfPrint-BlackAndWhite, Physical Printer: jhl-2320-1

For a list of printers and their locations visit https://go.ncsu.edu/printers.

After you send your print job to the WolfPrint FollowMe printer and locate a physical printer to release your print job, swipe your Campus ID card in the reader to log in. If you do not have your Campus ID Card or the card reader does not work, use the control panel on the printer to log in with your Unity ID and password.

1. Select "Release Jobs" on the screen. The jobs you have sent to the FollowMe printer will be displayed on the screen. You will be able to either release all jobs or press the arrow to the right of a job name and release or cancel that particular job.

2. When finished remember to log out from the control panel on the printer.
