1. Navigate to https://remoteapps.oit.ncsu.edu/RDWeb/webclient/index.html
2. Login with your complete .admin account.
3. Click on the Avamar console icon and accept the DUO prompt.
4. Accept the popup to allow Clipboard and or Printer access.
5. Log in to the Avamar console.
Fill in the server name: avprod.oit.ncsu.edu
Fill in username: .admin@wolftech.ad.ncsu.edu (the complete .admin username)
Fill in the password: .admin password
Fill in the domain where your servers reside:
If your logging into work with a client that has a client installed in the OS, use your department domain (ex. /PCS).
If you log in to work with a client backed up via image-level backup, the field will be /vcenter.ncsu.edu/PCS.
