Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Uninstall and Reinstall
- Uninstall Cisco Secure Client from the device
- Restart the Mac
- Reinstall Cisco Secure Client
Enable Cisco Login Items
- Go to Settings
- Select Login Items and enable the three Cisco items
Disable Datagram Transport Layer Security (DTLS):
- Go to Configuration
- Select Remote Access VPN
- Select Network (Client) Access
- Select AnyConnect Connection Profiles and uncheck the Enable DTLS check box
