Overview:
This Knowledge Base article will show you how to sign into your Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application. Once signed in, you will be able to install/uninstall the Adobe Products licensed with your NCSU Unity ID.

If Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application is not installed, the download may be accessed after signing in with your NCSU e-mail and password at: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/ (Under Quick Links on the Right-hand side of your web browser)
How to Sign into Adobe Creative:
- Click Start > Type in "Adobe Creative Cloud" > Launch the "Adobe Creative Cloud" application.
- Enter your NCSU e-mail in the "Email Address" field and select Continue.
3. Select "Company or School Account".
4. This will re-direct you to the Shibboleth Login Service page. Enter your Unity ID and Password > Log In.
5. Authenticate to your account with your DUO Mobile Device.

- NOTE: You cannot use USB Security Keys on this page to authenticate with DUO.
Complete!
Adobe Creative Cloud will launch and you will be taken to your Home Page. Installed Applications and applications Available in your Subscription will now be visible.
