The card reader on the printer isn't working or it beeps but does not proceed to login, you may not have your ID card inserted properly or the card reader may have lost its connection to the printer.  First, locate the red vendor icon on the card reader (on most models it will on the top of reader, facing toward the ceiling) and make sure the magnetic stripe on the bottom of your card is facing the same direction as the icon when you swipe it. If the reader is still not working, please turn the machine off/on to re-establish the connection to the device.

If the reader still doesn't read your card and log you in, please login manually using the control panel and report the issue using the WolfPrint Report a Problem form.
