Your nine-digit Campus ID Number (your Student ID Number) is important for accessing NC State systems and completing tasks, such as resetting your password. If you forgot your Student ID Number and do not have your Wolfpack One Card to reference it, there are other ways to find it.
Newly Admitted Undergraduate Students
If you are a newly admitted undergraduate student who has logged into wolfPAW and viewed your decision, then you can find your Student ID Number next to Student ID in the Account Information tab.
Current and Former Students
If you are currently enrolled or have been previously enrolled in a course at the university, then you can find your Student ID Number in MyPack Portal.
- Log into MyPack Portal.
- Make sure that you're on the Student Homepage.
- Select the Planning & Enrollment tile.
- Select Enrollment Wizard from the sidebar.
- If you are not a current student, you will not be able to enroll in classes, but you should still see your Student ID Number here.
- Alternatively, you can select the Pack Planner or Degree Audit tab.
- Your Student ID Number will be at the top of the page next to Student Id.
Can't Access wolfPAW or MyPack Portal
If you don't have your Wolfpack One Card and can't sign into wolfPAW or MyPack Portal, then you will need to contact the NC State Help Desk by submitting a request in the IT Service Portal or calling 919-515-4357 (HELP).
