Printing with a WolfPrint Shared Account

This documentation provides instructions for how to print and charge a print job to a PaperCut shared account.  The intended audience is an end user.

Information

To charge printing costs to a shared account, you must have a valid Unity ID and access to a PaperCut Shared Account.  A shared account can be used regardless of the print method you choose.

Native Printing

Mobility Print

Print like you normally would from your mobile device.  After you log in to the printer to confirm and release it, you will have the opportunity to select a shared account to charge.

Web Print

Web Print will be retired during the Fall 2025 Semester! Use Mobility Print to print from your personal device.

Escalation

Any questions on process or content contained in this document should be escalated through the NCSU Help Desk and have an incident assigned to the OIT_WOLFPRINT support team.
