Using Mobility Print from Android
This document provides instructions for setting up Mobility Print on Android devices. The intended audience is an end user.

Information
Before you start
Connect to the NC State Network! To print with WolfPrint, your device must be connected to the campus network. If you’re off campus, establish a secure connection to the NCSU VPN service before trying to use the WolfPrint service.

- On-Campus: Connect eduroam or ncsu Wi-Fi
- Off-Campus: Use NC State's VPN Service
Install the PaperCut Mobility Print App
- Install the Mobility Print Android App using this link: https://print.ncsu.edu:9164/known-hosts/android
- If you already have the Mobility Print App installed but don't see the printers, click the link above to restore your connection to WolfPrint.
- Tap Open to launch the Mobility Print App
- Tap Allow to enable the Mobility Print service to send you notifications
- Tap Make Sure the Mobility Print Service is on, then
- Under the Print Services
- Toggle Mobility Print Service "ON"
- Toggle Default Print Service "ON"
After you have installed the PaperCut Mobility Print App, follow these 3 easy steps to print!
Step 1. Submit a file
Send your job to a WolfPrint printer.
- Tap the three dots menu in the upper right > Share > Print
- Choose the desired WolfPrint Printer
- WolfPrint-BlackandWhite
- WolfPrint-Color
- WolfPrint-BlackandWhite-11x17
- WolfPrint-Color-11x17
- Tap on the yellow printer icon to send your job to the print servers.
- Authenticate with PaperCut
- Open the PaperCut notification that your job requires authentication.
- Enter your Unity ID and Password to proceed with printing.
Step 2. Find a Printer
Visit https://go.ncsu.edu/printers to locate a WolfPrint printer that supports the virtual queue where you sent your file.
- If you sent it to the WolfPrint-BlackandWhite queue, find a Black and White printer.
- If you sent a file to the WolfPrint-Color queue, find a Color printer.
Step 3. Confirm and Release
*Complete this step within 12 hours, or your print job will be automatically removed from the system.
- Choose a Print Release method.
- Traditional: Swipe your NCSU ID card in the attached card reader
- Manual: Enter your Unity ID and password at the control panel
- Touch-Free: Scan the QR code with your phone's camera and log in to PaperCut
- Log in to the device and follow the prompts to release your print job.
