Printing with a WolfPrint Shared Account

This documentation provides instructions for how to print and charge a print job to a PaperCut shared account.  The intended audience is an end user.

 

Information

 

To charge printing costs to a shared account, you must have a valid Unity ID and access to a PaperCut Shared Account.  A shared account can be used regardless of the print method you choose. 


Native Printing

 

  • Print like you normally would from any application on the computer to a WolfPrint FollowMe printer installed
  • In the PaperCut Print Job Notification, select the radio button "Charge to Shared Account"
  • Select the shared account to charge from the drop-down list 

 

 

Mobility Print

 

  • Print like you normally would from any application on your mobile device to a WolfPrint FollowMe printer.
  • Log in to the PaperCut Web Client to approve the print job: https://go.ncsu.edu/wolfprint 
  • Under Print Job Actions, select the radio button "Charge to Shared Account"
  • Select the shared account to charge from the drop-down list 



Web Print

 

  • Upload a PDF file using Web Print: https://go.ncsu.edu/webprint
  • Select the WolfPrint printer you'd like to use
  • Check the radio button for "Charge to Shared Account" 
  • Select the shared account to charge from the drop-down list
