If you have access to VPN, then you can connect to the NCSU VPN by following the instructions below. To install the Secure Client, see How Do I Install the NC State VPN Client?
Sign in to the NC State VPN
- Open the Cisco Secure Client app.
- Enter vpn.ncsu.edu and select Connect.
- Select your appropriate VPN group for your needs and affiliation.
- Enter your Unity ID Username and your Unity password.
- In the Second Password field, enter one of the following to initiate Duo Two Factor Authentication:
- push to receive a Duo Push. Be sure to check the Duo Mobile app for the push. Note: This is the default when this field is left empty.
- A code from the Duo Mobile app.
- Get a Duo code when you only have a Security Key/U2F Token.
