Failure to receive push notifications is often due to a network issue with your phone.

Sometimes push notifications do not reach your home screen.  Open the Duo Mobile app on your phone, then send yourself another Push notification.  Look for the words One request waiting, tap to respond...  Tap on these words to approve the push notification.  If you do not see this option, continue reading.

If you have a new device or recently performed a factory reset, follow these directions to re-establish push notifications.

If you are still unable to receive push notifications after verifying internet access through one of the above methods or simply don't have internet access on your phone, you will need to manually generate a code.

For more troubleshooting related to push notifications, please take a look at the following support documentation directly from Duo.
