This article is a step-by-step guide to video conferencing from your classroom.

Check this list to make sure your scheduled classroom is video conference capable.

Additional Notes

You can only use your laptop for screen sharing purposes within the meeting. The system microphones and camera will not integrate with your laptops so be sure to mute your laptop!

The majority of rooms are equipped with a desk microphone for your use.  This microphone is always active and will pick up ambient sound as long as you stay near its location on the lectern.  If you'd like to walk around, ClassTech recommends using the wireless lapel microphone.

If the camera presets do not work for your needs, contact classtech@ncsu.edu or 919-515-4357 to have them adjusted.
