If you have revoked access to a parent account, you will need to activate it again for them to be able to see your information. You can activate their access in MyPack Portal.

Activate the Parent Account Access

As a student, you can activate access provided to parent accounts. Please note that only students can make these changes.

  1. Log into MyPack Portal.
  2. Select the Personal Information tile on your Student Homepage.
  3. Select the Parent & Guardian Access tab.
  4. Under Relationships with a Parental Portal Account, make sure you have selected the proper account.
  5. Toggle the permissions to reflect what information and actions you want your parent to have access to. 
  6. Select Activate Access. Note that changing the permissions alone does not automatically grant access. You must select Activate Access.
  7. If the Parent Status is Pending, then you will need to select Send Confirmation to resend the parent account confirmation email. If the Parent Status is Confirmed, then you do not need to do anything else.
