This article explains the procedure to Add, Move, or Change 5 or more services at one time. 

Note: You MUST have at least 5 items on the request or it will be denied.

  1. From the Home page of Customer Center, hover over the Shopping menu and select Services to open the Services Catalog Categories page. 
  2. On the left side of the screen, you will notice a section labeled Request Information. You can choose to select an Owner (Dept OUC) and Billing Account (GLA) for your order, saving time when you fill in the Edit Item Information section later.
    1. Click No owner selected under Owner or No account selected under Billing Account to choose a Department and Billing Account (GLA).

    2. Fill in the Request Information form:
      1. In the Who Owns This? drop-down box, leave the selection as ‘Department’.
      2. Use the field picker (magnifying glass) to assist in finding the Department  (OUC), or start typing and select from the results that display. Repeat to find the Billing Account (GLA).

      3. Click Submit to apply these choices to your Request.
  3. Select the View Services button under Large Moves of 5+ Phones.

  4. Click +Request and then choose to Create a New Request or you can add this item to any Saved Requests you may have in your cart.

  5. When you fill in the Edit Item Information page for this item during checkout, make sure the Department OUC and Billing Account (GLA) fields display correctly. You may also add any notes to the Comments field before submitting your request. 
  6. Once you submit the order an analyst will reach out to you for the details of the services you wish to move.
