If you are having trouble viewing pages in MyPack Portal and/or getting an Oracle error message or login page, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Refreshing the page before selecting anything
- Logging out and logging back into MyPack Portal
- Using the Navigator in MyPack Portal to access pages, instead of the tiles
- Using an incognito/private browsing window
- Closing, and then opening your browser and going directly to mypack.ncsu.edu (not following a bookmark or saved link)
- Clearing your cookies and cache
If you having trouble, please call the Help Desk at 919-515-4357 or submit a request through our IT Service Portal. The Help Desk is open 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, and is closed on official university holidays.
