  1. Login to ncstate.webex.com 

  2. Click Preferences on the left-hand pane. 

  3. Click the My Personal Room tab. 

  4. Besides the Personal Room link, enter the word or name you would like.  You can't use spaces, but you can use “-" dashes.

    *Note: You can change this for every meeting or leave it as is currently. It is totally customizable. (You can also change the Personal Room name if you want).
     
  5. Click Save.
