If you have not enrolled a phone with Duo or Google 2-Step and are being prompted for either, as an alternative method, you can use your U2F token if enrolled.
What if My Token Isn't Working?
- Be sure that you're using Google Chrome or Opera as other browsers are not compatible with the U2F token. While Firefox does not natively support U2F, there are extensions that may add U2F functionality.
- If you are using your U2F key on a device that has a USB port, make sure that all ports are active or you have at least one port that is active otherwise, the key will not register. (Some Kiosks and computer labs disable UBS ports for security reasons).
If you're still having issues, you will need to contact the Help Desk and request bypass codes or assistance enrolling the U2F token.
