Yes, all faculty, staff (temporary or full-time), students, and any no-pay/retiree employees are required to enroll Duo Authentication.
New employees are required to enroll in Duo within 14 days of signing in for the first time. New students will generally have until 2 weeks after their first semester's census date or if another service or activity requires enrollment sooner, such as becoming a student employee or signing up for direct deposit and financial aid.
