All students have the ability to set up MyPack access for their parents using a Brickyard account.
How to Create a Parental Account for Brickyard
- Go to MyPack Portal and select NCSU Faculty/Staff/Students.
- On your Student Homepage, select Personal Information.
- Select the Parent & Guardian Access tab.
- Under Active Relationships, select Add Relationship.
- Enter the information required for the new relationship or update information for an existing relationship.
- Select Save.
- You will be redirected to the Parent & Guardian Access page.
- Select Save Changes when the updates and changes are complete.
NOTE:
- After the account is set up, the settings and permissions can be changed to add or remove account access.
- Instructions for completing the account will be sent to the parent's email address.
- The parent will need to have access to the email address because it is used to confirm the account and for password resets.
- If the parent is not seeing the email, search for emails from brickyard@ncsu.edu in your inbox and spam folders.
