Multiple students can grant a single Parent/Brickyard account access on MyPack Portal. Any additional student would also need to add the parent account in MyPack.
If the same email address is used as the first student who granted you access, you should still get a confirmation email from brickyard@ncsu.edu to activate the account.
Please note that you may receive an error message indicating that your Brickyard account already exists or "002 - Token Not Found" when following the Complete Account Setup activation link. You can ignore this and return to mypack.ncsu.edu to login on your Brickyard parent account. At that point your login will allow you to choose between what students have granted your Brickyard/Parent account access.
To make sure the parent gets notification from each student, click the “Edit Relationship: link then open “Phone/Email Address, there is a section the says ‘Receive information from Parent and Families Services?” That needs to be set to “Yes” to set email notifications.
