There are multiple ways of obtaining a computer name on a Managed Desktop computer.

If you are already logged in

If you are not able to log in on Windows

  1. On the login screen below the username and password fields, click How do I sign into another domain?
  2. In the pop-up that appears, look for the computer name in the following format: DEPARTMENT-6 Characters (for example: OITHELP-32DB56)
