Find the Computer Name on a Managed Desktop

There are multiple ways of obtaining a computer name on a Managed Desktop computer.

If you are already logged in

• Find computer name in Windows
• Find computer name on a Mac

If you are not able to log in on Windows

1. On the login screen below the username and password fields, click How do I sign into another domain?
2. In the pop-up that appears, look for the computer name in the following format: DEPARTMENT-6 Characters (for example: OITHELP-32DB56)
