Enter an Authentication Code on a Printer for a PC

Some printers require that a code be input into its configuration in order to print. Codes are used as a way for departments to limit printing on specific devices only to their departmental users. This document is intended to guide a user on how to enter printer authentication codes when required. These authentication codes should be provided to the user by their department.
