How long are email messages retained?

Voicemail received via email will be retained in accordance with the NC Public Records Law

 

Why is my Message Indicator Light still blinking after I checked my messages?

Checking voicemail via email will not extinguish the Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) on your desk phone.

 

How do I manage my voicemail messages if I choose to receive them in both my voicemail box and my email?

Selecting Voicemail & Email will require you to manually manage your voicemails via voicemail.ncsu.edu, Cisco Jabber, or desk phone. See the Training Resources page for more information.
