Cisco Jabber for iPad is a collaboration application that provides: 

• Presence
• Instant messaging (IM)
• Voice messaging
• Voice and video calling

Jabber integrates with Cisco Webex Meetings for multi-party conferencing.  

Note: This service must be enabled before use. Visit the ComTech Self-Service portal to request access. For additional details, see the Cisco Jabber documentation. 

Installation

1. Open Cisco Jabber in iTunes on your Android device.
   
   
2. Install the application.

Setup

1. Open the Cisco Jabber app.
   
   
2. Review and accept the End User License Agreement.
   
   
3. Swipe through the introductory screens and tap Get Started Now.
   
   
4. On the Cisco Jabber Sign-In screen, enter your UnityID followed by:
   • @ncsu.edu
   • or @comtech.ncsu.edu
     
     
5. Tap Continue.
   
   
6. Enter your Unity password. 
   
   
7. Tap Sign In.

After Setup

Cisco Jabber is now ready for use on your iPad.
