Set up Additional Phones for Single Number Reach


You can configure an additional phone and enable Single Number Reach so that when someone calls your campus phone, your additional phone rings simultaneously.

Note: Single Number Reach must already be enabled on your account before you can configure an additional phone.

Configure an Additional Phone

  1. Log in to the myphone Self Care Portal.
  2. Click the Phones tab.
  3. In the left navigation pane, click My Phones.
  4. In the Additional Phones section, select the phone number you want to use.
  5. Click Edit.

  6. Check the Enable Single Number Reach box.

Create a Schedule (Optional)

If you want your additional phone to ring only at specific times:

  1. Click the Add icon next to the schedule option.

  2. In the Add a New Schedule window:
    1. Enter a name for the schedule.
    2. Choose whether to:
      1. Ring only during specific times, or
      2. Ring all the time.
    3. Continue the days and time ranges as needed.

  3. Click Save.

Your additional phone will now follow the configured schedule.
