If you're experiencing problems with your existing eduroam enrollment on an Android device, one solution may be to remove eduroam from your device and re-enroll your device with the network.

Removing Eduroam from Android

1. Uninstall the SecureW2 JoinNow application from your device
   
   • This app would've been installed during your initial eduroam enrollment.  Check the list of all applications on your phone if you're having trouble locating the app.
2. Navigate to your Wi-Fi Settings
3. Press & hold the Eduroam network.
4. Tap Forget
5. Re-enroll your device in eduroam
