A transcript is a complete copy of the student’s academic record at the time that it is issued. It contains all coursework, including undergraduate, graduate and/or non-degree, taken while enrolled at NC State University.

There is no difference between how an online and distance education course and on-campus course is documented on a NC State transcript. Online and distance education courses and on-campus courses are displayed the exact same way (course, description, hours, grade, and points).
