Customer Center: System Alerts, News, and Notifications


This article describes the features and functionality of Alerts, News items, and Notifications.

One unique feature of Customer Center is the Alerts. Displayed in color bars across the top of the page, users can click once on an Alert to read it fully. 

An Alert can be green, yellow, or red. This represents the Priority assigned by the System Administrator when they created the Alert. For example, Red indicates an Alert of Critical priority, yellow indicates Medium priority, and green indicates Low priority.

The News feature is another way to convey important information and updates via the Home page.

News items will display on the Home page on the left side of the screen. As they scroll through, a summary of the article appears. 

        

Clicking Read More opens a pop-up window with the full text of the News item.  

Notification messages are email messages sent to users from the system automatically. You should receive email notifications when your request has been submitted, received by Customer Service, and completed.
