Cisco Jabber for Windows is a collaboration application that provides:

•  Presence
• Instant messaging (IM)
• Voice messaging
• Voice and video calling 

Note: This service must be enabled before use. Visit the ComTech Self-Service Portal to request access.

Installation

1. Download the Cisco Jabber Installer (official ComTech download page).
   
   
2. Double-click the downloaded .msi file.
   
   
3. Click Accept and Install.
   
   
4. When installation completes, select Launch Cisco Jabber.
   
   
5. Click Finish.

Setup

1. Accept the End User License Agreement.
   
   
2. On the Cisco Jabber Sign-In screen, enter your Unity ID followed by @ncsu.edu.
   
   
3. Click Continue.
   
   
4. Enter your Unity Password.
   
   
5. Click Sign In.
   
   

Cisco Jabber is now ready to use on your computer.
