Customer Center: Miscellaneous Changes


This article explains the procedure for requesting a change to an Active Service that is not available in the Change Menu options. For example, if you need to change the Billing Account (GLA) for a specific service, or upgrade an Analog phone line to a VoIP phone line.

  1. On the Customer Center's home page, in the Department Services/Equipment section, search for the service you wish to change.

  2. Click the three blue lines to the left of the Service and select Miscellaneous Change.

  3. Select Create New Request, or you can add it to any Saved Requests you have in your cart.

  4. After adding items and/or actions to your request, check out by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top right of the screen, then navigate to your Saved Request.

    1. To request an upgrade from Analog to VoIP, type ‘Switch to VoIP’ into the Comments field of the Edit Item Information form of the Analog item in the Request.

    2. To change the Billing Account (GLA) for a specific service, use the field picker (Magnifying Glass icon) in the Account field of the Edit Item Information form for the Service item in the Request.
