This article explains the procedure for requesting a change to an Active Service that is not available in the Change Menu options. For example, if you need to change the Billing Account (GLA) for a specific service, or upgrade an Analog phone line to a VoIP phone line.
- On the Customer Center's home page, in the Department Services/Equipment section, search for the service you wish to change.
- Click the three blue lines to the left of the Service and select Miscellaneous Change.

- Select Create New Request, or you can add it to any Saved Requests you have in your cart.
- After adding items and/or actions to your request, check out by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top right of the screen, then navigate to your Saved Request.
- To request an upgrade from Analog to VoIP, type ‘Switch to VoIP’ into the Comments field of the Edit Item Information form of the Analog item in the Request.
- To change the Billing Account (GLA) for a specific service, use the field picker (Magnifying Glass icon) in the Account field of the Edit Item Information form for the Service item in the Request.
