As a former employee at NC State University, you retain access to the MyPack Portal to obtain your electronic W-2 tax documents. This access will remain until Tax Day (usually April 15th) of the following year in which you received a paycheck.
If you have difficulty with your password, please try a self-service password reset.
If you no longer have the Duo app installed and your phone number hasn't changed, you can reactivate Duo Mobile.
If you experience difficulties with the self-service reset or continue not to be able to authenticate with Duo, please contact the Help Desk by phone at 919-515-4357 Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
