Similar to sharing your calendar, you can grant full permission to your calendar. Anyone with full permission will be able to respond to invitations, create and edit events, and share your calendar with others.
- We don’t recommend that you give full permission to many people or groups.
Delegate your calendar
- On your computer, open Google Calendar.
- On the left, find the My calendars section. You might need to click it to expand it.
- Point to the calendar you want to share.
- Click Options for 'calendar name' (3 dots) > Settings and sharing.
- Under "Share with specific people", click Add people.
- Enter your new delegate's email address.
- Under "Permissions", click Make changes and manage sharing.
- Click Send.
Tip: Your delegate must click the emailed link to add your calendar to their list. If they create an event on your calendar, the invitation will come from you. Learn more about the permission settings.
