After signing into MyPack, users may see a flickering Oracle Peoplesoft login screen. This indicates there is not a Unity/Brickyard account associated with MyPack yet.

REPORTER user on Brickyard Login

• Users taking non-credit courses through Reporter cannot login on MyPack. Login through Brickyard on Reporter instead.

Parent/Guardians on Brickyard Login

• Ensure you are using the MyPack Brickyard Login 
• Discuss with your student about checking if access is revoked.
• If it is still not working, submit a help request. The Mypack Team will need to look into the account further 

New students on UnityID Login

• Wait 24-48 hours to ensure your account has fully generated permissions.
• Submit a help request if it is still not working after this.
