Ordering Process

For University Employees

If you are a University employee and want to order equipment (Phones or Accessories) or a Webex account:

  1. Contact one of your Departmental Coordinators to place the order.
  2. If you do not know your Coordinators' names, use the Dept Coordinator Search Tool 

For Departmental Coordinators and LAN Technicians 

Log in to the ComTech Telecom and IT Billing Customer Center (PCR360 application) using your Unity ID and password.
