This article explains how to start a Webex meeting in AFTC 216 and how participants can join.
Start a Webex Meeting Using the Collaboration Meeting Room
From the white touch panel:
- Press Favorites > Call Webex Cloud > Call
- When prompted, "If you are the meeting host, enter the host pin followed by #."
- Press the keypad icon and enter 0216 #
How Do Participants Join the Meeting?
Join by Phone
Call 240.454.0887
Enter Meeting Number: 732 123 887
Use your Attendee ID from the "Meeting Info" tab when prompted
Join by Computer

Join by Video Conferencing System
(Cisco Polycom, or other SIP or H.323-based systems)
Dial: oitafc216@ncstate.webex.com

When scheduling a Webex meeting in advance using this account, include the "How Do Participants Join the Meeting?" information in your Google Calendar invite.
