If you're attempting to access recorded content in Moodle using Safari on your Mac or iPhone and are receiving the We were unable to sign you in because your browser is not accepting cookies error, you'll need to make sure that Safari is configured properly to allow this feature.  Specifically, you'll need to make sure the options for "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" and "Block All Cookies" are disabled.

Mac

1. Open Safari
2. From the menu bar at the top of your screen, select Safari
   
   
3. From the drop-down list, select Preferences
4. In the window that opens, select Privacy
5. Search for the options Block All Cookies and Prevent Cross-Site Tracking
6. Make sure both options are disabled.

iPhone

NOTE: These instructions are only applicable to iOS 13.1 and higher

1. Open the Settings app
2. Scroll down to Safari
3. Select Privacy
4. Search for the options Block All Cookies and Prevent Cross-Site Tracking
5. Make sure both options are disabled.
