Start a Webex Meeting Using the Collaboration Meeting Room

From the touch panel:

  1.  Press Video Conference Mode.
  2. Press Call.
  3. Press Webex.

How Do Participants Join the Meeting?

Join by Phone

Call 240.454.0887

Enter Meeting Number: 738 813 426

Use your Attendee ID from the "Meeting Info" tab when prompted.

Join by Computer

(Cisco, Polycom, or other SIP/H.323 systems)

When scheduling a Webex meeting in advance using this account, include the "How Do Participants Join the Meeting?" information in your Google Calendar invite.
