Audience:  This article is for supervisors of employees who are leaving the university.

Purpose:  Use this article to retain a departing employee’s data.

Accessing Data After Employees Leave the University" is a commonly asked question. 

 

When an employee announces their intention to leave the university, follow the instructions provided in the System Access Removal separation checklist to ensure that you and the employee transfer all necessary data before they leave.

NOTE:  The separation checklist helps you determine the available options for each data type.
