You can check your course completion status for the Data Security Training in Reporter. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the completion certificate to be emailed to you.

Check the Course Completion Status

1. Go to Reporter and select Unity ID Login.
2. Sign in with your Unity ID and password.
3. Select the Courses and Events tile.
4. Select the Completed Courses tab.
5. Select View Training Summary.
6. Make sure that "Complete" appears in the Final Attendance column for the most recent NC State Data Security Training course. Your completion date will be listed under Completion Date.

If you are checking the Course Completion Status on the course's Moodle page, please note that the page can take a few minutes (sometimes longer) to update. You may need to refresh the page.

Note: If the status is Out of Compliance, then the training is not complete. You can complete the training by following the How do I complete the Data Security Training? instructions.
