If someone has granted you access to view their email account as a delegate, you have a couple of options to remove that access.

Have the account owner remove your access

The account owner can visit support.google.com and follow the instructions in the "Remove a delegate" section to remove your access.

Remove the access yourself

To do this you need to find the original email sent to you when you were granted the delegate access.  The specific search below of your account at mail.google.com should allow you to find that email.  You are welcome to copy and paste the quoted text below in the search field above your Inbox and then press Enter.
