WolfPrint Website Won't Load
This document explains why there could be a connection error when trying to access the WolfPrint resources. The intended audience is an end-user.
If you receive "This site can't be reached" or a DNS error message when accessing the WolfPrint website won't load, you may be trying to connect from an off-campus network or your DNS servers may be manually set. To access WolfPrint's secure resources, your device must be connected to the NCSU or Eduroam WiFi networks (not NCSU guest or your data network). If you are ON campus, verify that you are connected to a secure WiFi network and that you are logged into it with your UNITY ID and password.
If this solution does not resolve your connection to WolfPrint, there may be a change to your DNS settings needed. Please provide the device type and operating system in use so that we can troubleshoot this issue with you further.
Any questions on process or content contained in this document should be escalated through the NCSU Help Desk and have an incident assigned to the OIT_WOLFPRINT support team.
