Fix 400 Bad Request Error When Accessing an NCSU Website


Accessing MyPack Portal, links within MyPack Portal, and other NCSU sites will sometimes result in an error saying Bad Request, 400 Error, or Error Getting Content, among others.

Fix Bad Request Errors
