Cisco Jabber auto-updates prompt Cisco Jabber users to update to the latest supported versions for Windows and macOS clients. Users can update upon logging in or choose to suppress the update until later. The client will continue prompting users to update with each login until the client is updated to the supported version. 

• Managed desktop users request departmental support to add their PCs to the Active Directory group "<OU>SW-Cisco-Jabber-AUTO" to receive the Cisco Jabber install.
